www.highpinesiow.co.uk

This beautiful bed and breakfast lies in the tranquil hamlet of Adgestone in an area of outstanding natural beauty close to the village of
Brading, and provides some of the most spectacular views on the island, such as Culver Down. High Pines is a must for those of you who adore
rural retreats surrounded by beautiful countryside. The added bonus here is that you are only a two-mile scenic drive to Sandown and the
beach. The accommodation here at High Pines is simply stunning: there are two large en-suite guest rooms, both with far-reaching views across
the south-facing garden to the fields beyond. There is a choice of extremely comfortable twin or super king-size beds with an en-suite shower
room or a double room with bath and shower over. The guest rooms are incredibly well equipped with: comfy settee, leather easy chair, flat
screen Freeview TV with DVD, wireless internet access, alarm clock, hair drier, makeup mirror, iron and board, silent mini-fridge containing
mineral water and fresh milk. There are also bathrobes, slippers, complementary toiletries and a generous hospitality tray. Taking breakfast
here is a delight as it is served in the privacy of your room or alternatively on the patio in the glorious morning sunshine. Four chickens in the garden provide fresh eggs every day. Guests are welcome to enjoy the garden with its spectacular bell-roof octagonal summerhouse which is wonderful for taking a glass of something cold. What makes High Pines so special for me is that apart from the obvious comfort, style and
quality of everything provided here, it is without doubt the incredible hospitality and friendliness of Nick the owner whose little finishing
touches together with his attention to detail make staying at High Pines very special indeed and something you will wish to repeat again soon.
